Selected NCR branches open until 7 p.m. today, March 4, 2022 and on Saturday, March 5, 2022

The Social Security System (SSS) wishes to inform the public that its selected NCR branches will extend its operations today, March 4, 2022, until 7:00 p.m. to accommodate the influx of transacting members due to the imposition of Alert Level 1 in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Likewise, these NCR branches which includes Diliman, Cubao, San Francisco Del Monte, Batasan Hills, New Panaderos, Makati-JP Rizal, Pasig-Pioneer, Parañaque, SM Aura-Taguig, Las Piñas, Alabang-Muntinlupa, Binondo, and Manila will also be open tomorrow, Saturday, March 5, 2022. This is due to the high volume of transactions brought by the new Alert Level imposition which now allows mobility of transacting members. The selected SSS branches will accept all transactions except the Automated Tellering System (ATS) facility from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Further, SSS urges its members and claimants to utilize its online facilities such as the My.SSS portal and the SSS Mobile App. Since March 2020, SSS has shifted majority of its over-the-counter transactions to the My.SSS and SSS Mobile App platform to allow its members to conduct their transactions 24/7 at the comfort of their homes or offices.
