Paano mag upgrade at makuha ang LIBRENG Php 200 Jollibee Voucher

Step 1. Mag-register at Mag log-in sa inyong My.SSS Member account. Siguraduhin na tama at updated ang inyong Member Details information.

Step 2. Sa inyong My.SSS account, i-access ang “Services” menu at magbigay ng consent para maibahagi ng SSS ang inyong UMID Application Data sa UnionBank.

Step 3. I-download ang UnionBank Online App from any of the following stores/sites:

• https://go.onelink.me/OgnL/f4dt67jg
• Apple Appstore (IOS device), Google Playstore (Android device) or Huawei AppGallery (Huawei device)
• Pwede ring i-scan ang QR code sa kaliwa o magbukas ng account using the UnionBank online website at https://online.unionbankph.com/online-banking/signup/open-account

Pagka-download, select ‘Open an account’, piliin ang Government ID, at i-click ang SSS UMID Pay Card Account.

Step 4. Pagkatapos makumpleto ang inyong UMID Pay Card account application sa UnionBank, maaari ng gamitin ang account for various online transactions. Ang inyong SSS UMID Pay Card naman ay idedeliver within 15 banking days sa Metro Manila o 20 banking days sa mga probinsya.

Step 5. Kapag nakuha na ang card, i-activate ito at mag-assign ng PIN using the UnionBank Online App.

Step 6. Mag-deposit ng PHP 1,000 o higit pa para matanggap ang inyong LIBRENG P 200 Jollibee eGC sa SMS or e-mail at makasali sa raffle.
