- Forgot User ID or Password (using registered email address or Security Questions and Answers)

- Viewing of posted contribution and loan payments
- Viewing of Enrolled Disbursement Account
- Viewing of Sickness/Maternity and MEDVS Claim Info
- Viewing of pre-generated PRN-Contributions and PRN-Loans

- Search for the SSS Mobile App in Google Play Store, and Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery and click on UPDATE.
- Uninstall the existing SSS Mobile App in your smartphone then download the SSS Mobile App version 4.0
