Our commitment to continuous improvement of our services extends to our mobile app. We are glad to introduce MySSS, the new SSS mobile app, with its new look and feel! Install the app now for a more improved user experience with easier navigation and clearer information display. The minimum OS requirements for the MySSS are as follows:

a. Android 9 (Pie) and above; and
b. iOS 14 and above.

What you can do with the MySSS mobile app

  • Create a My.SSS account;
  • View your membership details, monthly contributions, UMID/SS ID details, maternity notification details for qualified female members, benefit (disability/retirement) claims information, EC medical information, and list of documentary requirements for membership and benefits;
  • Submit maternity notification (for qualified female members);
  • Generate Payment Reference Number (PRN) – contribution;
  • Pay contributions online via Maya e-Wallet/GCash e-Wallet/debit and credit card;
  • Reset your password using your registered email address; and
  • Search for SSS branches near you.

What is new with the MySSS?

  • Biometrics login;
  • PRN generation for MySSS voluntary pension booster;
  • Pension calculator; and
  • SSS Citizen’s Charter access on the login page.
